Children's Ministy
After a long hiatus, St. Gabriel's is restarting our children's ministry in 2024. The week of July 29th through August 3rd will be our VBS program "Faith Expedition." This will culminate with a special Saturday even service in the Sanctuary. Then, starting the last weekend in August, we will launch our 9am Sunday School hour for all ages!
St. Gabriel's Youth
Our youth leaders are dedicated to nurturing and empowering our young members (Middle/High School) in their faith journey. Inspired by Proverbs 22:6 - "Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it," we believe in laying a strong foundation of faith and values for our youth. Our goal is to build a supportive and uplifting environment where youth can grow spiritually, build lasting friendships, and make a positive impact in their communities.
Scouting Programs
St. Gabriel's Episcopal Church is proud to charter three Scouting America units serving young people from kindergarten through high school.
Pack 370 — Cub Scouts for boys and girls in grades K through 5. Adventure, character, and family fun from the very first meeting.
Troop 370 — Scouting America for young men ages 11 through 17. A youth-led program focused on outdoor adventure, leadership development, and service. Troop 370 has produced more than 17 Eagle Scouts since its founding in 2006.
Troop 4370 — Scouting America for young women ages 11 through 17. The same rigorous program, the same opportunities, the same high standard. We hosted the first female Eagle Scout in Brevard County.
Together these three units form St. Gabriel's Scouting Ministries — building leaders of character for our community and our world.
